Gift Card Transactions

When you sell a gift card through our platform:

  • •Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed
  • •We reserve the right to verify gift card validity before payment

Payment Terms

Payment will be processed using your selected payment method after we verify the gift card. Payment processing times vary by method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Account Registration and Security

To use our service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • •Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • •Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final once a gift card transaction is completed and payment has been processed. However:

  • •If we discover a gift card is invalid or fraudulent after payment, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction

Intellectual Property

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AminciCard and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • •Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • •Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
  • •Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • •Using the service for money laundering or other illegal activities

  • •Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous access to our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation. We reserve the right to limit access to the service, restrict transactions, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AminciCard operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
